"When you know better, you do better."
Oprah says she's said it 48 times on the air.
I've said it a bajillion times in real life.
It's not just something I heard her say once.
It's something I've had the PRIVILEGE to live.
We are not DEFINED by our past.
It is something we lived, sometimes it is something we lived through, but it does not HAVE to be who we are now.
That's a powerful understanding.
Everyday we can do better.
God is SO gracious.
Everyday we can do more.
More.
More and Better.
